The design proposal for the semi-automatic welding has changed to a sheet metal bending structure.

This is a product made from 3.2mm sheet metal "SPCC," finished with white paint. Originally, it was an angle-structured frame, but it was changed to a sheet metal bending structure based on our design proposal. This design change significantly reduced material costs and welding time. We manufacture can products, which typically require a lot of time and cost, in a short delivery time and at low cost. The painting is done using "powder coating," which is environmentally friendly and safe for the body, and is characterized by high strength and rust resistance. "Semi-automatic welding" is used, which is known for its high productivity. Our company is also skilled in providing various design proposals tailored to customers, so we can respond to requests like "I want to make something like this." Our company, Iwata Co., Ltd. (Iwata Group), is a technical group skilled in machining can structures of various sizes. Currently, we have expanded our sales area not only in the Tokai region but also to Kanto, Kansai, and Hokuriku. We utilize various types of machining, including vertical, gantry, horizontal, and 5-axis gantry machines, to meet our customers' needs. Whether it's small or large items, and primarily single-item processing from ferrous to non-ferrous metals and castings, you can rely on us! Here, we introduce a case study of machining a large can structure frame measuring 700mm in height, 2300mm in width, and 2600mm in length.
